General information
All books are complete, and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Small minor defects, like a stamp on endpaper or a few underlinings, are not mentioned in all cases.
Prices are in Euro.
We accept Viascard and Mastercard.
Prices include VAT, but due to European tax legislation we are not allowed to specify VAT inside the European Union.
Conditions of sale
Forwarding charges are at the buyer's expense.
Payment in advance is required, unless otherwise agreed.
All books must be paid within 14 days after date of invoice. Non-observance of this period will result in extra costs to be charged to the buyer's account.
The buyer shall be held to notify the seller of any defects in writing within fourteen days after receipt of the goods.
Return shipments are at the buyer's expense.
The property of the goods does not pass on to the purchaser until the invoice has been paid in full.
If the delivery adress is located within the European Union, the delivery shall be effected by the actual delivery at the designated adress.
If the delivery is located outside the European Union, the delivery shall be effected ex antiquarian bookshop.
